    Thank you Mike (Ross) for saving the day, better yet saving the last week or so. I couldn't even change a blown tire on the side of the road because my vehicle had no locking lug nut key anyone to be found. So many wanted me to tow my vehicle in (of course at my expense) and made no promises that they had the right key to unlock the lug nuts. Not only had I already paid once for a tow, was about to pay for another tow, potential cost of over $100 in case someone had to break off the locking lug nut, then let's not forget the new tire itself. A mere simple spare tire change plus a new tire had turned into a potential costly, time consuming mess. Mike was able to resolve my issue in less than 1 day! No more locking lug nuts! My donut spare and I will be back to normalcy thanks to Bell Road Toyota!!

    William was an excellent salesman and even took me out to lunch because he felt I had waited to long. very personable gentleman and made me feel as comfortable as possible with an unpleasant process. I ended up purchasing a 2022 Toyota Camry XSE and I love it. thank you again William!
